• 17 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Neuchâtel Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a: Programmer Setter - CNC Milling (M/F) • CFC in Polymécanicien or deemed equivalent • Good knowledge in CNC machine programming • Knowledge of CAM = an asset • Good knowledge of machining methodology and CNC machines • Knowledge in machining large parts = an asset • Good mindset The advantages: • Good social conditions • Varied, interesting and autonomous work • Machine programming according to the drawing of the part to be machined • Setting and taking tool references • Perform necessary program corrections • Machining at least the first part of the series or the entire series according to the production plan • Self-control and declaration of any non-conformities • Basic maintenance on the machines used • Compliance with safety rules applicable in the company • Working in collaboration with other colleagues and mutual aid in case of overload
