Key responsibilities

Are you an experienced Transformation Manager with a proven track record in delivering on large-scale, complex transformation initiatives? Do you want to shape scalable platform capabilities and target operating models while helping industrialize IT-platform delivery and working towards the GWM North Star?
We-re looking for a Project Manager to:

• drive the design and development of the -Onboarding as a Service- capability from strategy and concepts to roll-out
• define and implement a standardized, reusable and industrialized platform deployment model for Switzerland and International Locations
• support planning, execution, governance, and quality assurance for large-scale transformation initiatives
• facilitate translation of business needs into clear requirements, solution designs, and scalable operating models as a Business Analyst-type of activity
• manage key stakeholders across Business Divisions, Streams, Group Functions and Technology as well as cross-stream dependencies to enable effective decision-making, efficiency, and capture business value

The team

You-ll join Onbaording as a Service-Team within GWM-s COO, focused on strengthening and industrializing platform capabilities across the firm.
Based in Zurich, the team works collaboratively across Business, Technology and Group Functions with a hands-on, client-oriented and outcome-driven mindset, combining conceptual depth with pragmatic execution to deliver tangible Business impact.

Your skills and experience

• self-driven business transformation manager professional with ~3-5 years of experience in large-scale transformations or delivery projects, preferably in financial services
• strong experience in business analysis, requirements engineering and target operating model design in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• solid understanding of banking, transformation contexts and platform-based operating models
• ability to bridge Business and Technology, translating strategy into actionable requirements and solutions
• strong conceptual, analytical, stakeholder management and senior-level communication skills
• entrepreneurial, proactive team player with strong ownership
• comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving program environments
• excellent English; German is a plus
• you are curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
