Your Field of Activity ##

• Co-design and further development of tourist products and experience offers of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn, the Furka car shuttle, and the Gornergrat Bahn
• Participation in pilot projects from the initial idea to implementation and evaluation
• Analysis of market, customer, and business data to identify opportunities and optimisation potentials
• Evaluation of customer feedback and support in the further development of the guest experience
• Collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners in the implementation of offers, events, and projects
• Preparation of presentations, reports, and decision-making bases for management and project teams
• Insights into product strategy, offer design, pricing, and sales in tourism
• Support of the product management team in varied day-to-day business

Your Profile ##

• Ongoing or recently completed university studies (Bachelor or Master) in tourism, marketing, business administration, or a comparable field of study
• Enthusiasm for tourism, mobility, leisure offers, and the development of customer experiences
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment of working with market, customer, and business data
• High initiative, independent working style, and willingness to take responsibility
• Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Communicative, open personality with enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
• Customer-oriented mindset and a sense for attractive offers and experiences
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills (English and/or French) are an advantage
