Commercial Finance Manager (m/f/d) Please, apply till Commercial Finance Manager (m/f/d) We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to strengthen our commercial partnership in the Swiss market and support long\-term growth with sustainable value creation. In this forward\-looking role, you will act as a key business partner \- collaborating cross\-functionally and actively contributing to strategic commercial decisions across all product categories. Position: As Commercial Finance Manager (m/f/d) you will: Develop and implement the commercial finance framework (mission, objectives, stakeholder mapping, commercial agenda) Act as a key contributor to strategic pricing and portfolio planning, working closely with Marketing \& Sales Build and evaluate pricing scenarios and support strategic decision\-making with financial business cases Drive development of investment frameworks for marketing \& sales initiatives, including KPIs and post\-implementation reviews Support major investment assessments, helping optimize cost base and value creation Act as a trusted business partner to Marketing and Sales, driving RRP (Reduced Risk Products) growth initiatives Provide financial expertise for commercial engine and Ploom economic models Collaborate cross\-functionally to define and track relevant commercial KPIs Requirements: University degree in Finance, advanced financial qualification is a plus Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, with strong commercial exposure and proven business impact Proven experience of cross functional collaboration Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of SAP is an advantage Strong analytical thinking combined with a commercial, insights\-driven mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence different stakeholders and seniority levels High agility, flexibility and collaborative approach Fluency in English What to expect: Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
